Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Banquet

The Abilene Black Chamber of Commerce’s 30th Martin Luther King Jr. annual celebration banquet will take place on January 16, 2023, at the Abilene Convention Center, located at 1100 N. Sixth St. in Abilene, Texas. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the program begins at 6:30 PM. Our theme this year is “EVERYBODY CAN BE GREAT… BECAUSE ANYBODY CAN SERVE” -Martin Luther King Jr. Our speaker is Dr. Jena L. Bell, a Global Award-winning Author, Coach, Game-Changing Strategist, International Speaker, and Entrepreneur. She has over 30 years in business both in corporate, nonprofit and entrepreneurship. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a former CPA. Get ready to be inspired and motivated with her electrifying style that captivates audiences.
