SUMMARY:JUNETEENTH HEALTH\, FITNESS AND BUSINESS EXPO
DESCRIPTION:The Abilene Black Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its annual Health\, Fitness and Business EXPO on Saturday\, June 14\, 2025\, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. This pre-Juneteenth event is leading up to the June 19th federal holiday commemorating the ending of slavery in the United States. We would like your organization to participate by providing health screenings/education and/or information on the services you offer our citizens. \nThere is no entry fee for participation and lunch will be provided free to all participants and attendees. \nThe details are as follows: \n§ RSVP by Monday\, June 2\, 2025 \n§ Event Location Abilene Convention Center\, Conference Center \n§ Set-Up 8:30 AM \n§ Breakdown 2:00 PM \n§ All participants will be given the opportunity to share their organization’s purpose and services. \n§ If possible\, please provide a door prize representing your organization. \nPlease let Aleah Ewing\, Secretary know by June 2\, 2025\, if you will be participating. We will provide one table and two chairs unless you notify otherwise. You are responsible for decorating your own tables with covers etc. \nThank you in advance for your partnership and participation. Your service to the community is greatly appreciated.
